Actually luck has little to do with it. Yes there are of course genetic factors, but most of our “quality of life” and to a large degree the quantity of life is up to us. In other words it's lifestyle driven. Our habits related to eating, sleeping, exercise, stress reduction, spiritual and mental health all can effect the function and efficiency of our bodies.
